Piedmont’s George M. Manuel Library
is a rich resource for every student no matter their location. The Library
consists of more than 50,000 volumes and over 150 periodicals. Students may
access the Library Catalog, Library Loan Service and numerous outstanding
databases through the Piedmont website.
The following three databases are available to registered students through the Resource Page of the Student Portal. Piedmont Baptist College faculty may access these tools via the Faculty Portal.
ATLA - Theological periodical database.
Wilson Web - A powerful research database.
CPI - Christian Periodicals Index.
Library Loan Service—Distance education students may request materials from our
library. However, students are assessed fees for shipping and handling, and
students are responsible for return shipping within the loan period. Late
returns are subject to late fees. You can check for available resources by using the Online Search Tool, which will allow you to seach by Subject, Author, or Title. For Library Loan Service questions, please
contact Roger Barnes at barnesrl@pbc.edu
All students should be familiar with our Library Handbook.
