Dr. Harlie Miller

Biography Dr. Harlie Miller is a native of Greensboro, NC. He came to saving faith in Christ as a nine year old. Seventeen years later, the Lord led him into the ministry of education. He began his career as a secondary math and science teacher at Vandalia Christian School in Greensboro, where he also coached three sports and served over a decade as the school’s athletic director. After 13 years at VCS, he became the secondary principal at Salem Baptist Christian School (Winston-Salem, NC). After five years, he joined the faculty at PBC to teach in the Division of Teacher Education. His undergraduate degree is from Guilford College; he earned a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in education from Liberty University. He has experience working with school accreditation teams and is a frequent workshop leader for educators around the state. He and his wife, Kellie, are raising a son and a daughter.
