Piedmont has more than 4,300 alumni living in 37 states and 23 foreign countries. They are successful as pastors, associate pastors, evangelists, missionaries, missionary pilots, school teachers, youth leaders, church musicians and church education workers. Piedmont alumni have long been recognized for service to the Lord and their communities.

The Alumni Association works through its alumni volunteers to keep graduates of the college informed about upcoming events such as banquets, conferences and campus activities. The Association distributes a quarterly  newsletter, The Alumni Flame, that informs alumni about projects, plans and advances made in the life of the College.

Each May a business meeting is held at the Annual Alumni Banquet. Relevant alumni business is discussed, and the Alumni Committee selects an outstanding alumnus as the Alumnus of the Year. The recipient receives this recognition for various achievements including faithfulness in service for the Lord.
