 Dr. Harlie Miller and the Education Division of Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School will host our annual Teacher Recruitment Day on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. During this day school representatives will be able to talk with over eighty teacher education majors. You will also be our special guest in chapel, where Keith Curlee, a Christian school administrator in China, will speak. In addition, you will be part of an encouraging and informative lunch, where we will also talk about opportunities for professional development for you and your faculty. You may also schedule times to meet individually with seniors from 1:30 until 3:00 PM. PBC graduates are prepared spiritually and professionally in many areas, and are committed to serve the Lord as He leads them. We offer an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, plus a Bachelor of Science degree in the following areas:
Elementary Education
Elementary Education with a Missions Emphasis
Physical Education
Secondary English Education
Music Education.
To register download the registration form then mail it along with your registration fee by March 2, 2010 to the Division of Teacher Education at 420 South Broad Street, Winston-Salem NC 27101-5025.
Set-up and arrival for Recruitment Day begins at 8:00 AM in the Pope Activities Center. A display area will be provided for you to exhibit your school. Overnight accommodations and breakfast may be available on campus for minimal costs. Please be sure to indicate your requests on the registration form.
I hope you can participate in our Teacher Recruitment Day. More specific information will be sent to you after we receive the registration form and fee. Register early (before Feb. 16) and the fee is only $25. Don’t miss a wonderful opportunity to recruit some highly qualified and motivated teachers for your school.
Registration Fee is $35 (mail by MARCH 2, 2010) per school and includes lunch for one or two representatives; for each additional representative, add $10 to the total fee. Make checks to Piedmont Baptist College.
REMEMBER: Mail your registration on or before Feb. 16 and the registration fee is only $25.
