Atlantic Baptist Bible College Gathering
Dear Alumni and Friends of Atlantic Baptist Bible College:
Piedmont is committed to our alumni and friends, including those who have joined us from Atlantic Baptist Bible College. With that commitment in mind, I’m pleased to let you know we are planning an Atlantic Baptist Bible College reunion at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond, Virginia on February 19, 2010. Please make plans to join us for a wonderful time of reminiscing, reunion, and spiritual encouragement. Dinner will be at 7:00 pm; however, for those who can arrive sooner, we will have a time of fellowship beginning at 5:00 pm. Even if you cannot make the fellowship, please do plan to attend the dinner.
An enjoyable program is being planned. We are in the process of collecting photos and memorabilia in order that all may enjoy a time of nostalgia. We hope to have alumni provide special music. Dr. Paul Monroe will be there to greet you as well. I will bring you up to date on the plans for the Atlantic Endowment/ Scholarship for Ministry Training as well as how we are continuing the Atlantic mission of teaching the Bible and training people for ministry.
Please join us for this Atlantic Baptist Bible College reunion. The evening should run from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. In order to ensure an accurate headcount, we are asking each attendee to pay $10.00. Piedmont will cover the remaining costs for the evening. To RSVP, please mail this form (click here) with a check made out to Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School and put Atlantic Reunion on the memo line. If you have any questions concerning the reunion, please contact Mary Ann Strain in the Advancement office at 336.714.7921 or email her at strainm@pbc.edu.
This event is for all friends of Atlantic including alumni, former faculty and staff, former trustees, and all who love Atlantic. Please spread the word to anyone you think would enjoy attending and have them contact Mary Ann Strain for more information.
I look forward to greeting you in Richmond on February 19, 2010.
Because God Alone Matters,
Charles W. Petitt
President
